Job summary

• Experience in administration work in People & Culture, with e-recruitment and payroll systems.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to HR administration.
• Related tertiary qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Prepare employment documentation and manage HR administration.
• Provide first-level HR advice to employees and leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date HR systems and records.
• Back up Payroll activities and support regular payroll processing.
