Job summary

Bioeconomy Science Institute is recruiting a People & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, documentation, and HR administration. You will coordinate end-to-end processes, manage employee records, and provide first-line HR advice, while backing up payroll activities in a collaborative, transition-phase environment.

You will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality people support as the Bioeconomy Science Institute brings together multiple leading New Zealand science organisations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration work, preferably in People & Culture with experience in e-recruitment and payroll systems
• Confidence and drive to provide professional support to internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• A related tertiary qualification is preferred
• High level of technical capability across the MS suite
