BDO Wellington is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will work closely with the P&C Manager to influence talent attraction, development and people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a motivated People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic and growing firm.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at BDO Wellington. This is a unique opportunity to have genuine influence across the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and developing future talent through to supporting leaders on people initiatives that drive business success.
You’ll be given the autonomy and trust to lead your own work, while also having the support, guidance and partnership of an experienced P&C Manager.
