This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you will partner with stakeholders across the BDO network to build capability and deliver engaging learning programmes that support business and people priorities. Working closely with the National Learning & Organisational Development Lead, service line leaders, subject matter experts and the wider People & Capability community, you will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences that help our people grow and succeed at every stage of their careers.
