Instant Finance is seeking a People & Capability Advisor to help build a high-performing, people-focused organisation in Auckland. You’ll join a leadership-driven team and partner with managers and employees to shape how HR practices work in practice.

You’ll bring strong relationship-building, outstanding organisational skills, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset to drive initiatives, improve systems, and enhance the employee experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Capability, HR Advisor, or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Sound HR knowledge and good judgement in people matters.

We're looking for a People & Capability Advisor to join us at an exciting time of growth and change.

As our Head of People & Capability, I'm new to the role and building a people function that delivers real value to our leaders, employees, and business. I'm looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. Someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life and wants to help building a high-performing, people-focused organisation.

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing processes. You'll help shape how we work, improve systems and practices, and become a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the business.

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone whose strengths complement my own, and along with our recruitment specialist, we create a high achieving P&C team.
