Job summary

Vitaco Health is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Afternoon Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm) at our Penrose site in Auckland, NZ. The role focuses on operating high-speed manufacturing equipment within a GMP environment and contributing to line setting and process improvements.

Experience with pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food and sport-nutrition manufacturing is valued, along with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift up to 25kg.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Experience setting and improving production lines.
• Familiarity with GMP environments in pharma/nutrition manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in nutraceuticals or related industries is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machinery safely on the afternoon shift.

• Handle manual tasks including occasional lifting up to 25kg.

This role is working in our manufacturing area. Previous experience in operating high-speed machinery is desirable. You will preferably also have experience in setting and improving lines. Experience in pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals/food & Sport nutrition manufacturing or similar industries would be ideal, as would a good understanding of GMP environments.

• Have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
• Are physically fit and able to lift 25kg on a reasonably frequent basis
• Can be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines
• Are passionate about improving the way you work
• Are able to work both alone and as part of a team
