We're looking for an organised, people-focused Payroll Specialist & Office Administrator to join our team in Mornington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for clients.
Full-time - 40 hours per week (negotiable).

What You'll Be Doing
Managing and processing client payrolls
Helping clients navigate payroll queries and challenges
Providing friendly and professional front-office support
Providing front line assistance in the office with phone calls, emails and receiving clients to office
Keeping our office organised and running efficiently
Assisting with sending of accounts and client documentation
Liaising with IRD on behalf of clients
Supporting our Directors with scheduling and administration as required

Experience & Skills
At least 2 years' payroll administration experience
Experience managing multiple payrolls (an advantage)
Sound knowledge of the Holidays Act 2003 and employment legislation
Understanding of employment agreements for payroll compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with payroll and accounting software such as Xero, Smartly, MYOB, PayHero, or similar
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Previous experience in a professional services environment is beneficial
