Silver Fern Farms Kennington is seeking a Payroll/ Health and Safety Coordinator to join our site team. You will deliver Health & Safety coordination and payroll administration, working closely with site leadership and operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily operations.

The role suits someone who enjoys people-facing work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied days. Standard Monday–Friday hours with some flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Health and Safety/ Payroll experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Health & Safety documentation, records, and reporting.
• Support visitor, contractor, and employee compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Assist with inductions, training records, certifications, and compliance administration.
• Maintain incident, hazard, near-miss, and corrective action records.
• Support Health & Safety audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and workforce records.
• Process payroll-related documentation and employee records.
• Support onboarding administration and system access.
• Prepare workforce and payroll reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.
