Fluid Recruitment in Dunedin is seeking two Payroll Officers, permanent and fixed-term, to join our Finance team. You’ll support the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll, maintain records, and contribute to improvements across finance and business projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assisting end-to-end payroll with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining employee records and payroll data.
• Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Providing support with Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice processing and supplier queries.
• Contributing to payroll and finance-related projects.
