Heartland is seeking an Operations Consultant - Settlements (Payouts) in New Zealand to ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions while meeting service standards. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant service and minimise operational risk.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, leveraging strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Banking or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in loan documentation, securities, and settlement beneficial.
• Understanding of the importance of compliance obligations & exposure to loan documentation beneficial.
• Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to reconcile information, spot and remediate inaccuracies.
• Relentless desire to learn and leverage the latest technologies.
