Job summary

Heartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans. As an Operations Consultant - Settlements (Payouts), you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service, meet compliance requirements, and uphold Heartland's values.

Qualifications

• Banking or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in loan documentation, securities, and settlement beneficial.
• Understanding of compliance obligations; exposure to loan documentation beneficial.
• Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to reconcile information and remediate inaccuracies.
• Relentless desire to learn and leverage latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Process payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage operational risk.
• Identify and remediate inaccuracies in settlements and reconciliations.
