Heavy Diesel Parts & Services is seeking a Parts & Administrator to join our Westport team. This varied role supports our new FENZ contract while delivering exceptional service to our customers, keeping jobs moving and parts organised.
You’ll work closely with workshop technicians and customers, assist with parts enquiries, quotes and orders, and help with stock control and administration to ensure a smooth workshop operation in a busy environment.

We are looking for a Parts & Administrator to join our Westport team.
This is a varied role that will play an important part in supporting our new FENZ contract, while continuing to provide exceptional service to our existing valued customers.
You’ll work closely with our workshop technicians, customers and wider HDPS team to keep jobs moving, parts organised and customers informed.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workshop environment.
Experience in parts, administration, automotive/heavy diesel or a similar industry would be an advantage, but we’re also interested in hearing from people with the right attitude and transferable skills.
A Class 4 licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
