Waikato Tractors is seeking a hands-on Parts Manager at our Hamilton branch to lead daily operations, ensure customers get exactly what they need, and support a fast-paced workshop environment.

We’re looking for someone to take the reins of the daily operation ensuring the team is supported and our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced shop were staying organized and nailing the details makes all the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the daily operations of the parts department to meet customer needs and business goals.

Working with other departments such as service and sales to support workflow.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Managing and mentoring a team to encourage growth and performance.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in parts management, ideally within the ag industry.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A respectful leader. Someone who can motivate and guide a team with clarity and care.
