Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty is seeking a part-time Technical Customer Support Specialist for Ravenswood. You will deliver hands-on software and hardware support in-store and in customers' homes, while promoting Tech2Home services.

You will troubleshoot across devices, install hardware/software, and assist with sales and servicing in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualificações

• Proven technical knowledge of computers and related products.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Full, clean NZ Driver's Licence.
• Weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
• Install and support hardware & software solutions in TechBay and customer homes.
• Drive sales of Tech2Home services with the sales and tech teams.
• Process returns and faulty products for repair, replacement or credit.
• Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to resolve issues promptly.
• Support cashiering and general sales duties as required.
• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Conhecimentos

Technical knowledge of computers

Excellent customer service and comms

NZ Driver's Licence
