Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a vigilant Loss Prevention Officer to join our Dargaville team on a part-time basis. You will help prevent theft, maintain safety for staff and customers, and support incident reporting. The role involves standing for extended periods and delivering friendly customer service while staying calm under pressure.

Hours are set: Monday 8:00am–12:30pm; Friday, Saturday 8:00am–12:30pm; Sunday 8:00am–2:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude are desirable.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor.
• Interact with customers and address concerns.
• Upload events to the crime reporting platform.
