Job summary

Repertoire, a recognised New Zealand women’s fashion retailer, seeks an experienced retail leader to head performance across our store network from the Mount Maunganui head office. You will lead Store Managers, coach teams and shape customer experiences to drive sales growth and premium brand delivery.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll develop sales plans, review results and partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores, regions or brands.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders to their potential.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all stores by supporting Store Managers and their teams to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives that deliver growth and improve performance.
• Review sales results, identify opportunities and take corrective actions.
• Lead monthly Store Manager performance reviews and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to maintain brand standards.
