Job summary

Apple Inc. in Auckland partners with authorised resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s product and service ecosystem. You will engage customers, provide knowledge for informed choices, and train partner staff to uphold Apple merchandising standards.

You’ll drive demonstrations, help customers set up devices, and ensure the Apple experience remains consistent across stores while maintaining a forward-thinking, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing knowledge to help inform their choices.
• Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on Apple products and services.
• Deliver product demonstrations and assist customers with setup of new Apple products.
• Maintain Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements to Apple standards.
• Grow sales in partner stores while delivering excellent customer service.
