Job summary

Apple Inc. in New Zealand seeks a part-time sales ambassador for partner stores to grow Apple product and service penetration. You will engage customers, deliver product demonstrations, and train store staff while upholding Apple merchandising standards.

You are a salesperson, leader and influencer, working Thurs–Sun (~29 hours weekly) in Wellington and Auckland. The role emphasizes outstanding customer experience and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience (minimum).
• Part-timers scheduled Thu–Sun (inclusive).

Responsibilities

• We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
• You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs.
• You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
• Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products.
• You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
