Job summary

Apple in Wellington seeks a dynamic sales advocate to grow our product and services through partner stores. You will engage customers with expert product demonstrations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

Full-time (Wed-Sun) or part-time (Thu-Sun) roles available in various locations. You’ll educate store staff on Apple’s portfolio, build brand advocacy, and contribute to a world-class customer experience across retailers.

Qualifications

• Availability to work regular schedule Wed-Sun for full-time roles, incl. Sat/Sun as required.
• Part-time availability Thu-Sun with a minimum 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at partner stores, providing knowledge to help informed choices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate staff on Apple product portfolio.
• Maintain Apple merchandising standards in stores.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to sales growth.
• Training and enabling partner staff to become Apple brand advocates.
