LagardèreAWPL at Wellington Airport is seeking part-time Retail Assistants to join the Relay team. You will help customers find beverages, tech items, and everyday essentials while delivering friendly service in a busy airport environment.

You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, making recommendations, keeping shelves stocked, and processing transactions with a smile. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys helping travelers shop confidently.

The Role:

Relay offers a wide selection of beverages, fresh grab-and-go options, and everyday health and beauty essentials.

Assist customers in finding their latest read, in exploring our tech section for headphones, chargers, and handy gadgets, and in ensuring they find exactly what they need, right when they need it!

We’re looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our Relay team at Wellington Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
• Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
• Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
• Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for customer service & sales
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Previous Retail experience advantageous
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
• Required to work weekends including early mornings. And rotating roster pattern
