Bailey Nelson in Nelson is hiring a Part Time Optical Assistant to join our brand new store opening in November 2026. You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping people find their perfect frames and supporting eyecare needs.

We value a customer-first mindset with retail or hospitality experience. No optical experience? We’re happy to teach. Flexible across Thursday to Monday, with growth opportunities and BN’s online learning platform.
