Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth in the Canterbury region.

The ideal candidate will have proven store management experience in optics or senior retail leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coach others while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics (Preferred) or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; if not, supervisory or management experience in retail is encouraged and teachable.
• Strong alignment with values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and continuous improvement.
• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations.
