Job summary

Christians Against Poverty NZ is seeking a part-time Fundraising Coordinator (18 hours/week) in Auckland. You will be the friendly front line for supporters, coordinating donations, communications and fundraising activity while maintaining accurate records and helping campaigns across the team.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you’ll work with CAP’s mission to support families facing financial hardship, delivering excellent service, coordinating events, and helping increase donor engagement

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with supporters.
• Experience coordinating fundraising activities or donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality supporter experience and be a friendly first contact.
• Process donations, acknowledgements and fundraising administration with accuracy.
• Support campaigns, events and donor engagement to grow participation.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and reporting for decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen relationships and giving.
