Job summary

Penguin Random House Australia New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Campaign Assistant to join our Marketing and Publicity Team in Auckland on a part-time basis. You will support daily campaigns, help organize author events, travel, and mail-outs, and assist with newsletters and digital tasks.

In this role you’ll monitor media activity, manage clippings, maintain communication records, and collaborate with marketing, publicity and sales teams to drive engaging book campaigns and audience reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Publicity Team.
• Process invoices and expenses; assist other departments as needed.
• Help organize author events, travel, and marketing mail-outs.
• Monitor media activity, manage clippings, and maintain communication records.
• Create and distribute newsletters; support digital tasks like booklists, website content, and social media.
• Assist in analysing website and social media stats.
• Manage PRH shared inboxes.
• Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and sales teams.
