Job summary

Penguin Random House New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Campaign Assistant to join our Marketing and Publicity Team in Auckland on a part-time basis. This role offers a creative and collaborative environment at a leading publisher.

You will provide administrative support, help organise author events, monitor media, create newsletters, and assist with digital tasks like booklists and website content while analysing website and social media metrics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Publicity Team.
• Process invoices and expenses; assist other departments as needed.
• Help organize author events, travel, and marketing mail-outs.
• Monitor media activity, manage clippings, and maintain communication records.
• Create and distribute newsletters; support digital tasks like booklists, website content, and social media.
• Assist in analysing website and social media stats.
• Manage PRH shared inboxes.
• Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and sales teams.
