Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to extract, transform, and load parish data as part of a migration into our software products. You will interact with parishes, guide data exports and mappings, ensure process adherence, and perform post-migration validation.

The role offers remote-friendly options with hybrid work, emphasizes collaboration with parish leaders, and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach to data quality and project planning.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data maintenance.
• Proficiency using Excel to analyze, format, and standardize complex data sets.
• Ability to validate uploaded data and reconcile to submitted data.
• Teachable; able to receive direct, detailed feedback from leaders and teammates.
• Fast learner; absorb knowledge about software products, processes and tools.
• Maintains high standards of performance; proactive and collaborative.
• Plans and organizes work efficiently; communicates effectively with parish contacts.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the parish’s primary guide end-to-end in migrating data between platforms.
• Use discovery to structure and migrate data accurately and efficiently.
• Guide parish leaders to Archdiocesan data standards and tools.
• Assess exported data for completeness and readiness for upload.
• Develop repeatable project plans to ease parish adoption.
• Communicate project timelines and status with parish contacts.
• Perform post-migration validation with parish administrators.
• Assist parishes in exporting data and preparing for migration.
