Job description

About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Giving at Pushpay, you will lead product marketing for one of our most important product areas during a focused 14-month initiative. You will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launch planning, and market activation for Pushpay’s Giving solutions, helping churches and ministries deliver simpler giving experiences, strengthen generosity, and get more value from their technology.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will translate product strategy, customer needs, and market dynamics into clear stories and coordinated go-to-market programs that support customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with Product leadership and cross-functional GTM teams to bring new capabilities to market, strengthen the story of Pushpay’s Giving platform, and ensure customer-facing teams can confidently communicate its value.

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic product marketing professional that is a team player, a self-starter with a bias for action and the desire to bring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to support the Product Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has experience conducting competitive research, developing compelling sales enablement materials grounded in accurate and differentiated positioning, and producing customer evidence that demonstrates real-world value. They are skilled at leveraging AI to accelerate research, content development, and execution, allowing them to focus on what matters most: uncovering insights, crafting compelling stories, and communicating customer impact.
