New Zealand Post Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Palmerston North Retail Branch. You will deliver exceptional service, handle parcel pickups/drop-offs, and assist customers with postage enquiries and NZTA transactions.

The role requires lifting up to 25kg and being on your feet throughout the shift, with varied daily tasks. Shift pattern includes several daytime hours across Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat.

Qualifications

• Be available to work the hours listed.
• Be comfortable lifting up to 25 kg.
• Have reliable transport to get to work.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Administration and data entry skills.
• Confidence to interact with people face to face, on the phone and via email.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers face to face.
• Assist with parcel pickups and drop offs and handle postage enquiries and NZTA transactions.
• Support customers in-store and process transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a tidy, secure retail environment and lift freight as required.
