Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Painter for a busy local business in Canterbury. You will perform preparation, finishing and general painting duties on mainly residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of painting experience, can work indoors and outdoors, hold a NZ Full Driver's License, and demonstrate a safety-conscious, detail-oriented approach. Applicants must be a NZ Resident or hold a valid NZ Work Visa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years painting experience.
• Experience with brush and roller tools.
• Full driver’s license and transport.
• Ability to work inside and outside.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Spraying/plastering skills helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, finish and perform general painting duties on mostly residential projects.
• Maintain quality workmanship and adapt to team requirements.
