Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Whanganui in Whanganui is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Child Development Team at Whanganui Hospital. This permanent part-time role is 0.75FTE, Monday to Friday, and focuses on babies, toddlers and children helping them reach their potential.

You will work with tamariki and whānau in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that shape service development.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand, and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Paediatric Occupational Therapy experience working with babies, toddlers and children.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, whānau-centred approach to practice.
• An interest in quality improvement and service development.
• A current full NZ driver's licence.
