About the Role
You’ll be responsible for establishing and leading your location, with full support from an experienced national team. Think Solar has a strong presence in solar, with success stories at every location.
This is an exciting leadership position where you’ll:
Build and lead a high-performing installation team
Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and installation delivery
Drive local business growth and customer relationships
Manage financial performance and profitability
Shape the direction of the region long term
This could suit:
A qualified electrician ready to step off the tools
A current foreman, team leader or experienced project manager
An electrical or trade business operator looking to scale up with support
A manager with a genuine interest in renewables that can transfer their skillet
What you’ll need
To be an excellent communicator & collaborator
Able to oversee projects whilst building relationships with customers
Grounding in your area, with commitment to stay long term
To be responsible for the business commercially, overseeing financial results & cashflow
Experience in the electrical trade or solar is a bonus, but not essential. We can support the transition into solar, as long as you have the passion!
