Job summary

Recreational Services in Whangamata is seeking an Outdoor Cleaner Operator for a full-time position based at our Whangamata depot. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public facilities, including restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas, and helping with rubbish collection.

The role requires a current full driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle. You will work autonomously within a team, aiming for high-quality outcomes and contributing to our 30+ year

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is useful but not essential.
• Must have a current full driver's license and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Desire to complete all work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

What does an Outdoor CleanerOperator do you ask?

Based at ourWhangamata depot, your role will see you take on the responsibility for scheduledcleaning and maintenance of public facilities in the area including public restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas. The work also involves supporting the wider team with general rubbish collection and cleaning duties of park assets.

Skills and Experiencewe are looking for
