Job summary

The Apprenticeship Training Trust (ATT) in Dunedin, hosted by Isaac Construction, offers an entry-level apprenticeship to learn on the job while earning. You’ll complete two Connexis qualifications and choose a track in Surfacing, Civil Construction, Drainage & Water, or Kerb & Channel, with safety and teamwork at the core.

You don’t need prior construction experience—just a positive, coachable attitude and the drive to build a long-term infrastructure career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a Full Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to learn and be coached in a hands-on environment.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and comply with Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Follow site procedures and safety processes set by Isaac Construction.
• Support crew with daily tasks and manual labor.
• Contribute to learning objectives across the chosen specialization.
