Job summary

ATT Apprenticeship Training Trust, hosted by Isaac Construction, offers an earn-while-you-learn civil construction apprenticeship. This entry-level role is outdoors, provides four specialization tracks, and supports a long-term career in infrastructure.

During the apprenticeship you will complete Connexis qualifications Level 2 and Level 3, gain essential tickets, and receive structured support, PPE, and regular check-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's License.
• Willingness to learn and participate in structured training and assessments.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing manual labour.
• Ability to listen, follow instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
• Proactive attitude, reliability and coachability on site.
• Commitment to complete Connexis qualifications during apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow Health and Safety at Work Act requirements.
• Follow site procedures and safety processes set by Isaac Construction.
• Work safely and support the crew with daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to productive teamwork and project progress on site.
