Job summary

ATT, via the Apprenticeship Training Trust, hosts an entry-level apprenticeship with Isaac Construction in Tauranga. You will learn on site, enjoy outdoor work, and pursue two Connexis qualifications in infrastructure.

You will gain hands-on experience across surfacing, civil construction, drainage, and kerb & channel, with PPE provided and six-week progress reviews to support your development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's License.
• No construction experience required but a positive, coachable attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow site procedures at all times.
• Support the crew with daily operational tasks and manual labour.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe construction site.
• Participate in training to complete Connexis qualifications (Levels 2 & 3).
