You’ll work with Clinical Directors and the General Manager to shape service delivery, redesign outpatient models, and support transformation within ORL across the district.

• Lead operational delivery across clinical and clerical teams, ensuring services meet performance targets and patient needs.
• Collaborate with senior clinical and operational leaders to enhance service quality, efficiency, and experience.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business case development, and resource management.
• Support service transformation, including redesigning outpatient models of care and increasing service delivery at Waitākere Hospital.
