About the role

Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and emerging leader to join our Surgical and Ambulatory Services division as Operations Manager for ORL. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on their first substantial operational portfolio and make a meaningful contribution to service delivery and team performance. Working alongside the Clinical Directors and the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of ORL services across North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals. You’ll help drive service performance, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
