Job summary

Brian Perry Civil is seeking a hands-on frontline operative to work on trenchless technology projects, restoring and maintaining underground pipelines. You will operate robotic cutting equipment inside live pipelines, delivering efficient, non-invasive solutions across a range of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include operating robotic cutters, performing CCTV inspections, and interpreting footage to produce clear project reports, while maintaining plant reliability and contributing

Qualifications

• Experience operating robotic cutters, CCTV equipment, or similar plant.
• Background in civil, drainage, plumbing, or pipeline rehabilitation preferred.
• Full NZ driver’s licence, with Class 2 or 4 advantageous.
• Ability to read plans, interpret data, and problem solve on the job.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• A reliable, hands-on approach with a focus on quality work.
• Flexibility to travel for projects when required.
