Job summary

Higgins is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the Hawke's Bay Maintenance team in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance across the network.

The role involves coordinating labour, plant, equipment and subcontractors, monitoring performance, and ensuring readiness. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising and delivering maintenance operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of road maintenance activities, including cyclic, reactive, and emergency works.
• Experience with RAMM/AWM and other client-mandated systems.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems and make sound operational decisions.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety leadership.
• Full Class 1 driver's licence.
