Job summary

The role ensures efficient production, on-time project delivery, and compliance, staffing, and procurement processes aligned with operational goals.

It leads production, drafting, logistics and procurement teams while managing relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams across production, drafting, logistics and procurement

• Coordinate freight and outbound logistics for efficient dispatch
• Ensure plant layout, workflows and processes support productivity

We're looking for an experience Operations Manager to join team with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day performance, productivity, safety, and quality across the precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role ensures production runs efficiently, projects are scheduled and delivered on time, and all compliance, staffing, and procurement processes support the company's operational goals. The Operations Manager leads multiple teams-production, drafting, logistics, and procurement—while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop our operational teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Manage the drafting team to ensure drawings meet production requirements and timelines
• Oversee the production team to ensure output targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Coordinate freight and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient dispatch processes
• Ensure plant layout, workflows, and processes support optimal productivity
• Lead procurement activities to ensure materials, consumables, and services are available when required
• Ensure supplier pricing aligns with quoted and approved rates
• Schedule inbound materials to align with production planning
• Ensure all precast concrete products meet internal and external quality standards
