Job summary

Oceania is seeking a capable and aspiring leader to support operations at our Eden Care Centre and Retirement Village in Auckland. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and performance, bringing together people, services and priorities to deliver a great resident experience.

This broad, hands-on role requires visible leadership across the site, building strong relationships with residents, families and teams, and taking responsibility for hospitality,

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service or care-focused environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations at Eden Care Centre and Retirement Village.
• Lead hospitality, housekeeping and resident services to ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with department leads to meet care, service and financial targets.
• Provide leadership continuity and support during GM absence.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
