• Highly organised and process-driven with the ability to plan and prioritise competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment.
• Lead a team of supervisors and operational staff, with responsibility for performance and service delivery.
• Oversee fleet availability and allocation, coordinating with maintenance and support teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and data to identify trends and drive improvements in service, safety and compliance.
• Manage real-time operational challenges, from staffing to incidents and customer queries.
