Job summary

Woolworths Group in New Zealand is seeking a capable supervisor to manage operations and stock for a Waikato/Taupo store. You will lead the swarm, oversee shelves and deliveries, and coach team members to uphold store standards.

The role requires strong process discipline, collaboration with multiple teams, and a proactive approach to safety and quality. Weekend shifts and at least one evening per week are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operations & Stock Management: lead the swarm and ensure routine completion.
• Lead on-job training and coaching for team members.
• Maintain store standards and manage overstocks.
• Resolve process issues by elevating to the Function Lead.
• Act as Store Manager on scheduled shifts and contribute to leadership initiatives.
