Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is seeking an operations-focused leader to manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream. You will lead the swarm with your Team Leader, ensuring efficiency and adherence to guidelines while supporting store leadership initiatives.

As a key member of the team, you’ll drive on-job training, safety, and a positive work environment, with opportunities to step up as Acting Store Manager during shifts and contribute to community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Execute Operations & Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the swarm to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
