Vitaco Group is seeking an Operations Engineering Manager to drive process improvement and BPM across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. You will champion the Mini Business Unit approach, standardise practices, and embed continuous improvements with a metric-driven framework.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you’ll influence cross-functionally, coach leaders, and ensure accurate line, labour and waste standards to support informed decisions.

Formación

• Extensive experience in business process improvement and BPM.
• Industrial engineering background with practical CI application.
• Proven coaching and cross-functional influence across teams.
• Ability to use operational data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Experience building compelling business cases for change.
• Commitment to safe working practices and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, map and improve operational processes across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop standard documentation and best-practice standards for ways of working.
• Champion the MBU programme with meaningful metrics and ownership uplift.
• Coach leaders and teams to strengthen engagement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate line, labour and waste standards for better decision making.
• Identify and deliver practical fixes and track measurable results.
• Develop improvement champions through coaching and capability building.
• Build robust business cases for change and secure cross-functional buy-in.
• Demonstrate Vitaco values and promote safe working practices.
