Vitaco Health Group in New Zealand invites an experienced Operations Engineering Manager to drive BPM excellence, standardise processes and lead the Mini Business Unit framework across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. You’ll influence leaders through coaching and collaboration, delivering measurable improvements without direct reports.

With a background in industrial engineering and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above), you’ll develop robust business cases,

• Significant experience in business process improvement and industrial engineering.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills.
• Coaching experience in problem-solving.
• Ability to use operational data and performance measures to identify improvements.
• Experience developing solid business cases and mobilising stakeholders.
• Collaborative communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Commitment to safe working practices and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, map and improve operational processes to remove waste and enable automation.
• Develop standard process capture and documentation standards.
• Champion the Mini Business Unit programme with meaningful metrics.
• Coach MBU leaders to strengthen engagement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate line, labour and waste standards for decision making.
• Identify and deliver practical process fixes and track results.
• Develop improvement champions through coaching and mentoring.
• Build robust business cases and secure cross-functional buy-in.
• Demonstrate Vitaco values and promote safe working practices.
