Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you’ll support the Operations Leadership Team by driving excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and championing our Mini Business Unit (MBU) approach.
You’ll focus on standardising practices, embedding best-practice improvements and resolving process issues to enhance efficiency and competitiveness across our operations.
A key priority will be developing a metric-driven MBU framework that gives teams clear visibility of performance and supports ownership, engagement and continuous improvement.
You’ll also ensure accurate line, labour and waste standards to provide a reliable foundation for operational decisions.
With no direct reports, you’ll deliver results through collaboration, influence and coaching—helping leaders and teams build the skills and routines to sustain improvements.
You’re an experienced process improvement professional who combines analytical thinking with the ability to bring people with you. You enjoy understanding how work gets done, challenging existing practices constructively and helping teams find practical solutions.
Applications will be considered before the closing date.
