Job summary

Dangerous Goods Management Ltd in Auckland seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support DG documentation, labeling and packaging for air, road and sea transport. Full training is provided to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory requirements.

You will assist with DG process audits, cover busy courier operations, perform data entry, email correspondence and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Driver's license to at least Restricted level.
• Clean Police Record.
• Sound educational results.
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Completing and checking documentation, labeling and packaging for Dangerous Goods consignments for Air, Road & Sea transport.
• Consultation and auditing of Dangerous Goods processes.
• Providing cover or additional support to busy courier operations.
• Email correspondence.
• Data entry management and general warehouse duties including stocktaking and housekeeping.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
