Job summary

Aotearoa Infinite Academy is New Zealand's first tuition-free online high school, delivering Technology to Years 9-13 in a remote learning model. This Certificated teacher role focuses on engaging lesson design, supporting wellbeing, and building a connected learning community.

You will teach live virtual classes, assess progress, and collaborate with a high-calibre team of educators while working from anywhere in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• NZ Teaching Registration is required.
• Teaching qualification and subject expertise essential.
• Strong knowledge of NCEA Levels 2-3.
• Excellent communication and digital literacy.
• Experience teaching IGCSE and online/ blended learning.
• Familiarity with educational tech and AI platforms.

• Design personalised learning experiences.
• Build trust-based relationships with students in a virtual environment.

The opportunity

Teach engaging Technology through live virtual classrooms to Years 9-13 students, delivering Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and NCEA Levels 2-3 curriculum. Work fully remotely from anywhere in New Zealand while building a supportive, connected learning community.
