Job summary

Woolworths Group NZ is seeking a hands-on team member to pick and pack online orders in our New Plymouth store. You’ll work on your feet, ensure accurate and efficient fulfilment, and communicate with other teams about stock and substitutions to keep online orders flowing smoothly.

We value a friendly, customer-first attitude, good teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety. This is an on-site role with opportunities to grow within the Woolworths Group network across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to help customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and being on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for online customers.
• Communicating with other departments regarding stock and substitutions for online orders.
• Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others.
